CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A DEPOSIT WHICH MUST BE PAID 48HRS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT,IF NOT PAID PRIOR TO THIS TIME YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED. 24-Hour Notice for Cancellations and Rescheduling We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer the service to other clients. After 2 reschedules your appointment will be canceled unless you have spoken with provider Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, or no-shows (failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without any prior notification), will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total service cost. This fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file used to secure your booking. Exceptions I understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable emergency that prevents you from providing 24 hours' notice, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your situation. After 10 mins late your appointment will be canceled unless you have spoken to me. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation/no show policy.
